Calumet County is a health agent of the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Food Safety Recreational Licensing. Environmental health consists of regulation and licensing of public establishments and temporary events.
Environmental health also investigates other environmental and public health issues such as lead-based paint hazards and radon.
