Road Construction Projects

Current Status	The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is replacing eight structures along US 151 and WIS 55 between the South County Line to the north village limits of Stockbridge. Work will begin August 18 and is expected to finish in the fall of 2026.
Detour	Work will be conducted under a full roadway closure and through traffic will be detoured. Access to properties, businesses, homes and first responders will be maintained during construction. Please check the 511 website for specific dates of the following closures and the detour routes. US 151 will be closed and detoured from August 18 to mid-November 2025. Detour uses County HHH and County C WIS 55 (work on structures north of County E) will be closed and detoured from August 18 to mid-November 2025. Detour uses County E to WIS 114 WIS 55 (work on structures south of County E) will close in 2026 Detour uses US 151 to County E
